Here you will find Download instructions that will enable you to use a headset in our chats.  You will then be able to connect to our servers to 'voice' chat.

Download and actual setup is quite easy and only needs to be done one time.  Thereafter you will just click on your desktop headset icon and connect instantly. 

You will download a simple, safe, free program here:  http://ventrilo.com/download.php

Scroll down the page to 'clients'.  There you can download either Windows or Mac program.  Download this small program: save to desktop, then click it open and install.  You will see a small head/headset icon appear on your desktop.  This is your free voice program.  You will need to follow the directions http://www.ventrilo.com/tutorial.php  to enter the settings that you will need in order to connect to voice.  The only thing you will really have to do is select a username.  Please don't touch any settings until you are actually connected.  At that time, you can adjust volume (you will actually be adjusting the volume of how you hear other chatters) from within your own little control panel.  This program is unique and has terrific reception, just like a telephone. At the beginning of each chat, you'll be able to click on any user's name and adjust your volume so that you can hear them perfectly. 

First you will choose a username.  You use the arrows to the right of each field to open the field so that you can type.  After you have done this, and you decide that you are going to join us for voice chats, please email me for the Host IP and Port info.  You'll need this information to complete your setup. You will enter that info the same way you entered your username: by clicking on the arrow to the right of each field and typing or copy/paste Host IP and Port # into the fields.  It's very easy if you follow the directions.  Setup should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes, and you will be connected to voice chat.
